OAXACA

I spent the last ten days having the time of my life in Huatulco and Oaxaca with my friends. I had never been to Oaxaca even though it is pretty close to home. I have to say I fell in love with this city. It has a magical atmosphere, amazing art and breathtaking food. I took some of the pictures in downtown Oaxaca, in Santo Domingo and Monte Alban. 

Los último diez días los pase en Huatulco y en Oaxaca con mis amigas. Nunca había ido a Oaxaca y eso que esta muy cerca de dónde vivo. Tengo que admitir que me enamoré de esta ciudad. Tiene una atmósfera mágica, arte irreal y comida que te deja sin aliento. Algunas de las fotos las tome en el centro, en Santo Domingo y en Monte Albán.

PAAR'S NEW COLLECTION: MARIE

The mexican fashion industry is actually a growing one. New talented designers, bloggers and stylists emerge everyday and they are positioning Mexico in the fashion map. A perfect example of this are Paulina Villalpando and Ari Camacho. They founded PAAR in 2003, which is a fashion and accessories line in which a lot of the products are hand crafted and in 2008 the created the PAAR blog(www.thepaarblog.com). In the blog you can check out not just their personal style but also events, people form the globe that inspire them and fashion related themes. They recently launched the new line called Marie, it's amazing! You can check out and buy their stuff in the online store (http://paar.bigcartel.com/). La industria de la moda es México actualmente está en crecimiento. Muchos diseñadores, bloggers y stylists emergentes están posicionando a México en el mapa de la moda. Un ejemplo perfecto de esto son Paulina Villalpando y Ari Camacho. Ellas fundaron la línea de joyería y accesorios PAAR en el 2003 la cuál tiene muchas piezas hechas a mano y posteriormente en el 2008 crearon el PAAR blog (www.thepaarblog.com). Myú: Floresencia Spring/Summer

My friend Andrea and I where asked to model for the new line of two great mexican fashion designers that have a line called Myú. I love their clothes because they still keep it very personal and there are not two pieces that are the same, they are always changing detail. This spring/summer line is called Floresencia.

A mi amiga Andrea y a mi nos pidieron que modeláramos para la línea de dos diseñadores mexicanas la cual se llama Myú. Me encanta su ropa porque sigue siendo muy personal y casi no hay dos piezas idénticas, siempre están cambiando detalles. Esta línea primavera verano se llama Floresencia.
