MUSEUM MORNING WITH TOUS PART II

A while ago I had a shoot with Tous in the Amparo Museum in Puebla. Here is the second part of it.

Hace un tiempo tuve una sesión de fotos con Tous en el Museo Amparo de Puebla. Aquí esta la segunda parte de esta.

CHANGE. We are constantly changing: our locations, our lives, the way we think, our hairstyle, our tastes, our daily routines...

CAMBIO. Constantemente estamos cambiando: de locación, de gustos, nuestra manera de pensar, corte de pelo, nuestra vida, rutinas diarias, etc...

MY SAFE DRESS

We all have treasures in out closet. They are things we buy without knowing we will be using them for years and years to come and still feel like special while wearing them. I bought this Nanette Lepore dress when I was sixteen. It was the first Nanette Lepore thing I owned and she has come to be one of my favorite designers. I still remember the excitement when I tried it on and how proud I was to buy it with my own savings. I have been wearing it for a long time now and I can't seem to get enough. Every time I put it on I am amazed again by how gorgeous it is and how good it makes me feel. It is my safe dress.

Todos tenemos tesoros en nuestros closet. Esas cosas que compras sin saber que las estarás usando por muchos años y te seguirás sintiendo especial al usarlas. Compré éste vestido de Nanette Lepore cuándo tenía 16 años. Es la primera cosa que tuve de Nanette Lepore, ahorita se ha convertido en una de mis diseñadoras favoritas. Me acuerdo de la emoción que tenía al comprarlo y lo orgullosa que estaba de hacerlo con mis ahorros. Lo he usado ya por mucho tiempo y no me canso de el. Cada vez que me lo pongo me sigo enamorando de el y me sorprende que me vuelve hacer sentir especial. Es mi ¨safe dress¨.

OAXACA

I spent the last ten days having the time of my life in Huatulco and Oaxaca with my friends. I had never been to Oaxaca even though it is pretty close to home. I have to say I fell in love with this city. It has a magical atmosphere, amazing art and breathtaking food. I took some of the pictures in downtown Oaxaca, in Santo Domingo and Monte Alban.

Los último diez días los pase en Huatulco y en Oaxaca con mis amigas. Nunca había ido a Oaxaca y eso que esta muy cerca de dónde vivo. Tengo que admitir que me enamoré de esta ciudad. Tiene una atmósfera mágica, arte irreal y comida que te deja sin aliento. Algunas de las fotos las tome en el centro, en Santo Domingo y en Monte Albán.

SUN KISSED

The fun thing about the beach is that you can use clothes in ways you never usually do and look good. I went to Cancun for a long weekend and had the chance to experiment a little bit with my wardrobe.

Lo divertido de vestirte en la playa es que puedes usar la ropa de maneras que en la ciudad no puedes y verte bien. Me fui a Cancún en el puente y tuve la oportunidad de experimentar un poco con mi ropa.

In this outfit I'm wearing a DVF scarf/vest/foulard (Diane sure as hell knows how to make a woman happy). It is amazing for traveling because, you can use it a million different ways and it doesn't take up space while packing. I used it as a beach cover up. It was light, breezy and elegant, beach perfect!

En este outfit estoy usando un chaleco/foulard/mascada de DVF. Es lo mejor para viajes por que lo puedes usar de mil maneras y ocupa cero espacio en la maleta. Lo use como salida de traje de baño. Es ligero, elegante y perfecto para la playa!

As you know I'm a scarf freak. I use them all the time and in as many ways as possible. I always wanted to use it as a top but it never seemed city appropriate. I paired it with some light zara pants. I really loved how this outfit looked. Sometimes less is more, so I kept accessories to the minimum.

Como ya lo pueden saber, estoy obsesionada con las mascadas. Las uso todo el tiempo y de todas las maneras posibles. Siempre había querido usar una de blusa pero nunca parecia apropiado. La combine con unos pantalones ligeros de Zara. La verdad me encanto como quedo el outfit. Y como a veces menos es más, los accesorios los mantuve en el minimo.

IF YOU WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES

I saw this Stuart Weitzman shoes and fell in love with them instantly. They are not just the highest shoes I own but also the most comfortable. I paired them Paige Jeans and Helmut Lang top. I'm also wearing my golden necklaces that I never seem to take off and an amazing earpiece by Urban Outfitters.

Me enamoré de estos zapatos de Stuart Weitzman desde que los vi. No solo son los zapatos mas altos que tengo pero también los mas cómodos. Los combine con unos jeans de Paige y una blusa de Helmut Lang. También estos usando mis collares dorados que tal parece que nunca me quito y un earpiece de Urban Outfitters.
