THE ART OF LAYERING JEWELRY

If you have followed my blog you might have realized by now I love jewelry but most of all I love LAYERING it...

Si has seguido mi blog es probable que ya sepas que amo la joyería pero especialmente usarla en LAYERS (capas o niveles)...

Even though I love a statement piece I'm a fanatic of tiny and delicate jewelry you can use tons of. I love these type of pieces for several reasons: 

1. A lot of mine have a special significance.

 2. You can pile them and it wont look over the top if you do it the right way.

 3. It can be casual and elegant at the same time. 

4. It's easier to break rules (gold and silver together) and get a good result. 

5. I find tiny pieces adorable and irresistible (cheesy me).

6. It's the most comfortable thing to do for trips. You take your 5 layering basics to mix and match and your are set. 

I'm more of a necklaces and rings king of gal but the same applies for bracelets. 

 Aunque amo una statement piece soy fanática de la joyería pequeña y delicada con la cual te puedes decorar como árbol de Navidad.  Amo este tipo de joyería por diferentes razones:

1.     Muchas de mis piezas tienen un significado especial.

2.     Puedes usar muchas de ellas al mismo tiempo y no se ve exagerado si lo haces de la manera correcta.

3.     Puede ser casual y elegante al mismo tiempo.

4.     Es más fácil romper las reglas (dorado y plateado junto) y tener un buen resultado.

5.     Encuentro las piezas chicas adorables e irresistibles (que cursi).

6.     Es lo más cómodo para viajar. Te llevas tus 5 esenciales para combinarlos y no necesitas más.

Uso más collares y anillos pero lo mismo aplica para pulseras.
